At Chili Pizza, our story started with one simple belief — great food brings people together.
Growing up in diverse communities surrounded by different cultures, flavors, and traditions, we noticed something special: no matter where people came from or what language they spoke, pizza was always at the center of gatherings. From late-night study sessions and family dinners to game nights, celebrations, and weekend hangouts, pizza had a way of connecting everyone around one table.
But we also felt something was missing.
Traditional pizza often felt repetitive, while the bold flavors many families grew up loving — Indian spices, Mexican heat, Korean-inspired sauces, fresh Asian ingredients, Mediterranean flavors, and rich cultural recipes — were rarely represented in the pizza world. We wanted to create something exciting, something comforting, and something that reflected the diversity of the communities around us.
That idea became Chili Pizza.
